Summarize your bug some times a ec: 10000 code pops up but if i can get around that a crashdump because of anticheat occurs when trying to actually launch madden

What do you expect to see? a fix i paid hard earned money for a game to stop working when it felt like it
First i keep getting a EC: 10000 error then if i can get around that here comes a crash dump error from anti-cheat i have tried everything please help!
