Date/time issue occurred: Every single time I try any online game modes in MUT
What were you doing when it happened? Any time I try any online game modes, including solo battles
What was the last action you completed before it happened? I played some games last night, can't today.
How often does the bug occur? Any time I try any online game modes, including solo battles
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, maybe it's my lineup?
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: I've restarted numerous times, I've also started trying to change my lineup - no help so far.

I am having the same problem when trying to play anything on mut, even practice mode gives the same code.

If it's mut it maybe you had too many players in your lineup? That was what broke it for me.

EA servers have been down past 4 days? When are you going to fix it?

Everyone I try to do my last challenge for Legends, play solo battles, or house rules I get booted it’s been 4 days and can’t play a single game. I get an error and it sends me back to the main screen

Need advice on how to fix MUT Draft Solo Draft error where "Out servers cannot process your request at this time." All other game modes in MUT work fine.

The Friday solo battles, I believe it was the Washington team 72 overall, was causing the error. I updated the teams by pressing R2 and I was able to play solo battles again. Hope this helps.

Hey All,
There are a couple of threads on this specific error in a few different modes. Mainly Solo Battles and when entering into MUT in general. When you get a chance and if you are able to, please try the following and let us know what mode you are trying to access when getting that error.
- From the main menu, please go to MUT > Team > Visuals & then remove the Jerseys & remove the Coach. Then add different ones. Doesn’t matter which ones.
- Go to your roster and edit it with the lineup tool to best overall.
- When you're loaded into Madden > Navigate to Customize > Share & Manage Files > Load & Delete Files to bring up the game's file list.- Delete the files under Profile & Roster.

EA_Shepard that isn't the main issue, nothing you posted addresses the inside mut, in the Solo Draft "claim rewards"

That video isn't mine, but the exact same thing is happening to him, and to tons of others, and we've heard nothing back.

Every time I try to play a mut challenge or even play mut online head to head I keep getting an error message.

My brand new Madden 24 series x edition will not load mut challenges 90% of the time. And when it goes. It takes no lie, 5 to 10 minutes to load the main challenge screen where you can see all the promos. This is ridiculous. Please fix

My madden is letting me log in to ea just won’t let me play any content on MUT keeps giving me a “our servers cannot process this request at this time please try again later”

I am able to connect to and log into MUT but receive a server processing error when I try to play head to head, champs, house rules, and challenges. I am able to access and use MUT marketplace and trade cards along with accessing my team roster to make changes. I have a good internet connection and madden 24 has its latest updates. I have submitted multiple cases that keep getting closed without resolution. The tech said I would have better luck posting to these forums where a manager would see it. I have had no issues in the past playing MUT and it seems like most the community is having no issues playing and Downdetector is saying there are no madden server issues. I have spent $300 building my MUT team to be competitive this year and haven’t been able to play for the last three days. I’ve missed out on daily challenges and season rewards that other players are getting. Everyday that goes by, my team losses value while other players build theirs. I’ve been reaching out to EA with no help in response. After being a valued EA costumer since 2012 I would appreciate some help.

Day 4 of issue and it’s on going.
I’ve reset WiFi, reset console, deleted and redownloaded game, created new team line up, changed cross play settings.

For solo battles? I just did this and i'm still getting the same error. Cannot do Solos, but can do Head to Head and MUT Champs.

Hi,
I haven't been able to do my Solo Battles in MUT for the last week now on PC. Every time I try to do a Solo Battle, the game kicks me out of MUT with the error "our servers cannot process your request at this time" (Screenshot attached). I've attempted all the fixes I've read (creating new lineup, unique players in each position, repairing the game install, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the caches) while restarting my PC and nothing I've tried is fixing this.
Can y'all give us any coins to make up for these server issues or help fix this? My DxDiag is attached with this message. Thank you for your help.Product: Madden NFL 24

Summarize your bug When trying to play a solo battle, the game errors out and kicks me out of MUT with the aforementioned error. See screenshot.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to start a Solo Battle in MUT on PC.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks out of ultimate team. Message "Our server cannot process your request at this time. Plese try again later."
What do you expect to see? Solo Battle game to start and my coins.
