Cant play any form of MUT except CHALLENGES

This game keeps crashing on an Xbox Series X during superstar mode.  I can count on a crash every third game.  Plus I get servers cannot process my request on MUT.  After last season fiasco I would have expected something better.  It's my own fault for wasting my money again this year.
