Summarize your bug While playing game four in Mut solo draft, I finished the game but the connection to the ea servers cut out. I was immediately sent to the main dashboard of madden. I selected to go back in, and get my rewards but when I got back into Mut solo draft, and clicked on the next game, I was immediately kicked back out to the dashboard. I repeated over and peer but I have never been able to get back into mut solo draft. I did go and finalize my "season" hoping it would allow for a clear reset, but I didn't get any awards and I am still unable to play mut solo draft. So I decided to try h2h, which works. Also, if I close the game app, and go back into madden 24, I will be able to play challenges. However, if I go check mut solo draft and it sends me back to the dashboard, I will not be able to play challenges. Upon clicking on challenges after being dashboarded, I am pushed throw multiple screens without my control. I did some troubleshooting and tried everything to fix this but nothing worked until I unlinked and relinked my account. Now I loss everything I worked to get. Loss my preorder bonuses. Loss my, almost 80 overall, team in mut. Loss my HB who was 83 overall, and had already covered 1000 yards of a 1400 yard season. But I fixed the issue...which to anyone who works in the IT field could of told EA that this was a profile issue. Before unlinking my account and relinking it, I had already Uninstaller and reinstalled Madden. Honestly, that's practically all us game users can do on our end. I left numerous messages on Facebook, and in the so-called help page and never got a response. So I'm trying again. I am on a PS5, playing the PS5 version. Here's the old ticket info with video link to show the issue. It would be great to get my progress back but I'm not holding my breathe. How about we just look into getting my pre-order bonuses back at the least? Thanks. Oh and everyone who got this far, DO NOT MESS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. UNLINKING WILL REMOVE ALL PROGRESS.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to MUT solo draft, play a game, and lose connection to the ea servers and you have the issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lose access to mut solo draft and challenges is inaccessible as well. (You only lose challenges once you get the ea server error from mut solo draft)
What do you expect to see? I expected to keep playing through the solo championship and to get my experience points and awards.

- 3 years ago@prophecy444 I'm not sure what happened but mine is fixed... the only thing I can see that may have caused it to be fixed, if they didn't do anything, was when I left the game running but put my ps5 in sleep mode, it gave me an error when got back in saying my connection was cut due to inactivity. I logged back in played normally and tried mut solo draft and it was fixed.

Mine worked again after reset, but it errored out again after I changed a uniform.
The issue seems to be if you start a new fresh week of Solo Battles, and you change your uniform or strategy items, it leads to this server error.
Perhaps the bug is related to the Solo Battles not being able to handle changes from the initial lineup?- 3 years ago
For the past 8 hours I have been getting the same error messages that others here have posted about. Any time I try to go into MUT Solo Battles or any H2H games, the popup messages says: "ERROR Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." I have spent a lot of money on the game and purchasing in game content (packs). But I am unable to play and effective tomorrow will be falling behind everyone else on the competitive pass. Please fix this!

Do you get this error when launching Madden or accessing a specific mode? This happens whenever I try to enter a Solo Battles or Head to Head Seasons or MUT Champs game.
Do any other accounts on your device get this error? I don't have other accounts.
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? It started happening today.
Is anything else happening? I can no longer create multiple lineups. One of your recommended fixes is to use the lineup tool to automatically generate the best lineup. I have done this many times but it has not worked. And each time I have to rereate the actual lineup I want to use. Such a waste of time.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I have tried to replace all my visuals (coach, stadium, uniforms. I have tried to completely remove all players and just add back the bare minimum. I have removed all abilities and XFactors. I have deleted my game files for profile and roster. I have reset my network connection multiple times. None of this has worked.
