Date/time issue occurred: Every single time I try any online game modes in MUT
What were you doing when it happened? Any time I try any online game modes, including solo battles
What was the last action you completed before it happened? I played some games last night, can't today.
How often does the bug occur? Any time I try any online game modes, including solo battles
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, maybe it's my lineup?
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: I've restarted numerous times, I've also started trying to change my lineup - no help so far.
My madden is letting me log in to ea just won’t let me play any content on MUT keeps giving me a “our servers cannot process this request at this time please try again later”

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

I am able to connect to and log into MUT but receive a server processing error when I try to play head to head, champs, house rules, and challenges. I am able to access and use MUT marketplace and trade cards along with accessing my team roster to make changes. I have a good internet connection and madden 24 has its latest updates. I have submitted multiple cases that keep getting closed without resolution. The tech said I would have better luck posting to these forums where a manager would see it. I have had no issues in the past playing MUT and it seems like most the community is having no issues playing and Downdetector is saying there are no madden server issues. I have spent $300 building my MUT team to be competitive this year and haven’t been able to play for the last three days. I’ve missed out on daily challenges and season rewards that other players are getting. Everyday that goes by, my team losses value while other players build theirs. I’ve been reaching out to EA with no help in response. After being a valued EA costumer since 2012 I would appreciate some help.

Day 4 of issue and it’s on going.
I’ve reset WiFi, reset console, deleted and redownloaded game, created new team line up, changed cross play settings.
