Disabled account

I’m sure this has been asked 1000 times. I went to download madden and play. It says I need to reset my EA password which I did. I go on the website and try to link my psn account and there’s an a2……@disable.ea.com. I can’t reach a single person at this company. For four days I’ve been trying to do chat and created a case. No respond
