Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? launch 2024?
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error as if the games not released. You can tell its an error because the error message itself has a null value IN the alert
What do you expect to see? the game open
I actually got a solution yesterday talking to support. I actually needed to set the system clock back before 8/7 and it worked. Something about that date was causing the issue, while not ideal, it was a good workaround.
Thank you very much for following up. I contacted @baincrest6442 on the Madden Subreddit, he tried this solution and it did not work for him, but his error was different, he may still need help in his thread that he opened.
