Ive seen some other posts about this elsewhere. Thought I would share it here also. Ive noticed when you are at the main menu and go to edit rosters and players. When you do any type of ratings or info edit to a player it changed their experience.... For example... Edited Rookie Bryce Young changed his exp. from R to 5 years and Aaron Rodgers exp dropped to 5 years played. Some players even jumped as high as 31 years exp. It wont fix itself and when using those rosters in Franchise after 1 season lots of rookies or young players already retire from exp changing. Hopefully this will be in the Patch ASAP! Totally Unacceptable. This happens on both PS5 and Xbox Series.
