Franchise All Scouted Prospects Show "Top 5" Talent

Summarize your bug It's a scouting bug where every prospect which is scouted to 100% displays the same "Talent", in this case, "Top 5". I am using auto-generated rookies, this is NOT a downloaded/user created draft. I focused edge rushers Nationally and in the Northeast and Southeast so I have most of them fully scouted, and all of those show "Top 5" for talent regardless of where they fall in the draft or their abilities. I did not adjust or even open the Edit Draft Class Strength settings menu until after this bug occurred, so they should have been on default, and when I did open Edit Draft Class Strength menu after seeing the bug, they were all set to "Normal".
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a Cloud franchise, use an auto-generated rookie class, do not adjust the draft strength settings, appropriately scout to reveal many players, and advance to Week 10. In case you don't know how to scout to reveal the talent of an entire position group, pick one position ensure all your scouts have that position as a specialization, set the 3-star scout to national, set the national position focus to that position, set all the other scout's focus position to anything, so long as they have a specialization for it, you will get to 100% for those players. Of course, I cannot know if this would hold true for every position in every draft class. The defensive end group in this draft was very strong, so I chose to focus them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Since I can't draft all the players and I haven't even gotten to the draft yet, I'm not sure whether this is a talent display bug or an "every single guy is an X-Factor" bug, but one of those two things happens. The "Talent" for all revealed prospects displays as "Top 5".
What do you expect to see? A variety of "Talent" including Top 5, Round 1, Round 1-2, Round 2-3, Round 3-4, Day 3, and Pot. UDFA, with "Top 5" being very, very rare. Instead, every single prospect, even those expected to go undrafted, display "Top 5" talent.

From the pictures below, you get the idea. All of the prospects I've fully scouted show the same "Talent", both RE and LE. This is a pretty irritating bug, as I put a lot of focus into scouting this position to not be able to see "Talent". I could have diversified my scouting. Kinda breaks the one nice thing about the new scouting system, which is the ability to focus a position.
I was forced to make a selection for the field "What Console do you have?" I am using a PC and playing through Xbox and EA Gamepass. The PC runs Windows 10, is up to date, and has plenty of power to run the game, not that this is a hardware issue.
