Haunted House Bugged

Same here. I was playing hounted house 3rd game, and suddenly opponents team did not have Half of the players. I could play few snaps, but then the game grashed.

Called timeout right a way when I saw this bug, but it didnt go away. Quater changed, same thing. Then crash and about 2h of playing down the drain. 

I did submit crash report via PS5 with video, dunno if you can trace it

Happened to me too. It only happens when the CPU uses The Yard Offense. That leaves the Center and QB in the frame and the QB only runs draws. Then my game crashes and I lose all my progress. Happened in three straight runs at 6 wins.

Same thing happened to me too on xboxx series x. 

Got to 6th game and cpu started snapping ball sideways and the qb ran up middle then shortly after error. Hours wasted. All the money they make they can't even be reliable.

Same issue here on PS5.  Absolutely infuriating, grind up a key, game crashes on the haunted house and it counts as a L and no more key.  

Absolutely ridiculous I grinded for hours just to have none of it matter. EA is a horrible company and puts no effort into making a good quality game. Give me my rewards that I deserve.

Summarize your bug Haunted House is bugged. Played 8 games through Trick or Treat: The Neighborhood, I got the haunted house key. In the 2nd game in Haunted House the CPU offense lost half their players, lined up in weird formations, then the game force closed and the game has counted it as a loss so I've lost the key, therefore having wasted hours of gameplay. This is utterly unacceptable.

What happens when the bug occurs? Game bugs and force closed.
What do you expect to see? A haunted house key added to my account, and my XP and rewards added that I earned.

Happening for me on PC as well. This is absolutely disgusting. Wasting hours and hours on these keys and just keep getting kicked out by game 4-5. Now it’s even happening in the regular games. This development team can’t do anything right. I don’t know how they keep their jobs ever year. Madden wouldn’t exist if it had any competition. How can you stand by this as your game ever year and feel good about it Lmao
