Summarize your bug On February 11 I had my lighted up token placed on my Terrell Davis Super Bowl card. When I logged in both the card and the token were missing.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can check to make sure I purchased the money to buy the token pack. I am a large spender in this game, and a VIP beta tester.
What happens when the bug occurs? The items completely disappeared
What do you expect to see? I would either like a refund or the token place back into my binder along with the Terrell Davis 94 Super Bowl card
I appreciate whatever you can do to get my lighted up token back as well as my Terrell Davis card that it was on. Both disappeared on the 11th.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've looked in my binder and it is not there
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't upgrade my Superbowl player.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my token
I purchased the Helper Mahomes 99 bundle. The first pack gave me an additional Super Bowl Present light it up token, and I attached it to Justin Reid. I removed it to see it in another player, but it was no longer in my binder.
