Madden 24 - Store Purchasing Error "There was a server error..."

Date/time issue occurred 4/30 - 5/2/2024
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug While in MUT in the store trying to purchase money to buy players it says: Server error try again later! No error codes shown. The only way to buy players is by using tokens.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just go into the store and try purchasing money to buy players.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, but Server Error try again later.
What do you expect to see? It should jump to account with card info, etc. after selecting how many bucks you want to purchase, 2800, 3500, and so on.

This only happens in the store when hitting the amount of bucks to buy, and then makes up with Server Error try again later.

Hi @gseifert

Can we try the following first?

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

If you continue running into this issue, would it be possible to get a clip of when this happens?

"There was a server error, please try again later" when trying to buy points on Madden 24 MUT PC. Please fix this I would like to buy packs from the store with points.

I am trying to purchase some madden points but it keeps saying server issue but it allows me to buy 50 dollars worth and above

I am having the same issue. I am unable to buy under 80 dollars worth of points.

I have been experiencing the same issue for about a week now. Every time I try to add MUT points I get the same message.

Every time I try to purchase MUT points for ultimate team, I get a message that reads "There was a server error, please try again later". This has been going on for about a week now and I'm not sure what to do to fix it. I have madden on PC through steam so I tried:
Signing in and out of steam
Signing in and out of EA Play
Turning off my computer
Re-downloading the game
Restarting my router
After trying all of these, I still get the same message. If anyone has any other ideas I'd be glad to hear it because I'm getting fed up with this.

Get a server error every time i try to buy points on Madden 24 Ultimate Team. Has been going on for about 3 days and a lot of people have same issue. Would love to know if there is a way to fix it or if i just need to wait it out.

I am not able to purchase packs. Literally nothing happens when I click buy. I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some actual help with the situation
