If you are still running into issues with purchasing Madden Points in Madden 24, or are receiving the error message "Server error try again later!"

Please let us know the following information.

Platform (or client):

EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):

Are you getting an error message?

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

"There was a server error, please try again later" when trying to buy points on Madden 24 MUT PC. Please fix this I would like to buy packs from the store with points.
