Madden 24 after update rosters are blank pictures

Does anyone else have problems after update rosters are blank pictures and when try to do anything it freezes. Xbox one. Tried uninstalling and power cycle. Nothing working and can't play franchise a...

Any updates? This is still an issue after the roster update yesterday. The game is unplayable until this major bug is fixed for a lot of us experiencing this.
