Bought game on PS5 and the audio channels cut in and out during games. I've tried my PS5 headset, TV speakers, and sound bar. Faulty on all three. Audio for other games are just fine. It's not the game audio settings. Looking for any help whasoever because EA Help sent me to this forum.

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to check with anyone who has audio issues if you have tried making any changes to the in-game audio settings and the PS5 console settings.

I've seen before something similar was cleared up by switching the audio output on the PS5 settings (especially if you have an audio device connected to your TV)

Cheers!

Well this audio problem is BS play franchise mode on ps5 week 3 buffalo vs dolphins the audio pops from right speaker and goes out. I'm sorry but your game has a problem it's not speaker or connection problems. My 10k dollar surround sound sounds great with every other game except madden 24. Please fix the problem or reimburse us for the purchse price. Tried reinstalling game and still same bug.

This problem persists regardless of settings. This issue is not related to the settings, cables, sound system, television or any unrelated PS5 hardware. This issue is completely isolated to Madden 24. It has been a documented issue for almost 2 months now by multiple users all explaining the same thing. Every other game I run on the same system is fine. This really needs to be patched.

Just dropped back by to say wtf....
We really don't have this fixed yet.... I've never played a game with an audio glitch like this or one period for that matter. It's considerably impressive how you all create new problems every year with the same game but struggle adding new content and when you do, we have monumental issues with the game. At some point realize copy and paste isn't working.....
EAs response; Nope its your fault and here at EA we enjoy wasting your time and money! THANKS!

Same issues for about four weeks or so. No other games.

Do the admins here really suggest check cables and reboot? That’s hilarious.

@EA_Barry @EA_Illium can you at least respond here? It is frustrating that a widespread issue is being ignored while you are both responding to other threads daily. Tried playing a hour ago and the popping is now happening more frequently.
