I am on pc maybe this happens to consoles as well but ea has been processing my game i was force to leave for almost 3 hours. I'm now unistalling hoping this fixes it...
This bug just makes it to where you can't play any head to head

Please fix this, there is nothing to do with no more content at the moment so this makes the bug even worst
last game was 10 hours ago still processing and I didn't even leave the game failed to load like madden does every year.
This makes me want a refund so please fix!! Buggy game I can take but a game I just can't play because it's not being process by ea is a different story

This is happening for me too on ps5 I played a game it kicked me out straight away and it's been processing for over 24 hours now I don't know what to do ive spent hundreds of dollars on this game already for it to not even work

I’m having the same problem on PlayStation I was in a regular head to head match in ultimate team and when the game was finished I tried to start up another match but it’s been saying ea has been processing my request for 3 hours
Or I should say it’s being saying that ea has being processing my previous game for 3 hours so I can’t play head to head at all

Now it is happening both to my Head2Head the game is unplayable.
I have the same issue right now . I haven’t been able to play a H2H game in mut for 2 days because every time you select a to find an opponent it displays a bubble “your most recent game is still being processed by ea, results may to up to a minute to upload exit menu and try again”. It occurred to me because I closed all on my ps5 while the ticker was going and it never worked since. I can still play champs and squads but I’m unable to play H2H seasons. I just want my money back at this point since I can’t play with them.
