Is this happening in a specific game mode? : H2H Seasons
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? : 8/19/23 5pm and still isn’t working.
Is anything else happening? : Every other game mode works besides this one.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Every solution for ps5 given I have tried but none of them worked. This included restarting, uninstalling, etc.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
This is happening to me as well. I can play everything but regular season because it still keeps saying processing previous game

It keeps saying your previous game is still being processed but gave me the rewards for the game. Was in the middle of a game when the servers went down and have been getting the same message since.

I was locked out last week for three days. After fixing itself yesterday I was able to play online. Today I get into a game in which at half time we both hit circle (or back) to proceed into the second half. The pause timer ran out and nothing happened. I messaged the guy and agreed to quit after waiting almost two hours.
I turned off my console went food shopping. Came back and guess what? SAME ISSUE. I will not stop until a level of ramification is given by EA support for the chaos over the last week or so since release, and the hundreds of dollars some of us spend to enjoy this game for it to just be a sham!

Summarize your bug game is stuck processing the last game. Read above and you will realize this locked me out for 3 days previously. Eventually fixed itself and now has created an issue again.How often does the bug occur? Reoccurring but sparadic and costing hours if not days of gameplay.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? reset the game fix the bug, it is just stuck processing forever
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play
What do you expect to see? the bug fixed so i can. And compensation from EA for all players effected.
