Madden 24 on PS 5 QB automatically spikes after play

Summarize your bug While playing the game , usually on a 3rd down the quarter back will automatically spike the ball to stop the clock ,the play selection menu doesn’t appear it automatically does it, this happens all throughout the game and I am not touching the controller but it still does it, I have uninstalled the game and all the data on my PS5 and reinstalled it,andit is still has the glitch , any help will be greatly appreciated

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It’s happening on a PS5 disc console, it happens in Play now and in Franchise mode both offline and online
What happens when the bug occurs? In gameplay I lose a down because the quarterback automatically spikes the ball on 3rd down
What do you expect to see? Just got this game on Christmas Day 2023 , hopefully there can be or is a patch that can fix this glitch
