This is becoming a common issue as of the week of Sept 18th..
No matter the mode, there are people who cant get their EA authorization code to link your account in Madden.. Error message and no email sent is the issue. Also, there are people who cannot login to ea using the Xbox login credentials option to check and see if they can add an additional email ..
This is major and not seeing a lot about this online yet....
Yep I'm having the same issue. My problem is I haven't had to do this in many years and I don't have access to the email or the phone number that's listed
Fax this * dumb and then EA is no help like it wont let me change my email or anything i created this madden account along time ago
FOR EVERYBODY HAVING THIS PROBLEM I USED MY PLAYSTATION OR EVEN A COMPUTER GO TO EA HELP WITHOUT SIGNING IN AND CREATE A CHAT JUST CLICK START A CASE WITHOUT SIGNING IN AND WAIT AT THE SCREEN ONCE AN AGENT OPENS THE CHAT TALK TO THEM AND LET THEM KNOW YOUR PROBLEMS I JUST RECOVERED MY ACCOUNT RIGHT NOW
