Physique is stuck and effecting entire draft classes

How can you be this ridiculously ignorant and disrespectful to the people who pay your bills, that you ask THOSE 2 questions in response to a complaint about a bug that has been in Madden for years on end. NONE of your Madden games have had physique options that actually work as intended across the board without bugs, which is just a testament to your lack of effort due to having an exclusive deal. All you have to do is use your education and skills that landed you this job, to communicate this problem with honest intent to the people who are able to make that change. Yet, your entire team cannot figure out how to implement basic sliders that change the shape of a body part within the game? After this many years? You're doing it on purpose at this point. Do better.

P.S: Even in franchise, if you go to change your QB's thighs and rear end (which EA by default maxes out for every QB, according to the slider, for some reason) nothing changes. However, if you change the size of the calves by just 1 tick, the thighs and rear end will magically change to some other set of thighs, which I assume are the default thighs used for created players, because you can't even get them small enough at that point to match the original size of the QB's thighs once you lower it all the way down. The entire system is broken, much like the team behind this game. Clearly EA is fine financially, so they don't care about these complaints. They just reply like AI to save face, and to acknowledge our existence, but will never fix the major issues that WE point out, only the ones that THEY WANT to fix, or THEY feel needs to be fixed. Sad really. I can't imagine the smell of the office.
