Seems like this has been well established, documented, and complained about ad-nausem. And yet, I can't help but pile on. EA, you've put out repeated quick updates for MUT, and have only acknowledged that you're allegedly working on a game-breaking bug for a mode that is the core experience for plenty of buyers. It's been quite a long time with no update or fix for something that should have prevented it's on-time release.
I tried to request a refund because I'm tired of waiting for a broken game to be unbroken, but it wouldn't let me. Because of course not.
EA, you remain the pinnacle example of what goes wrong with having a monopoly on something. You released a broken game again, just like every year. And incredibly, I'm more mad at myself for buying it again even though it literally happens every year, and we all know you only want people to play MUT for the dumb people that spend money on fake football games that give them unfair advantages. You prey on people's fandom and hobbies to extract money from them when they just want to have some fun and some distraction.
Sadly, if anyone from EA ever reads this, it will likely be some underpaid individual who has absolutely no sway of making this right for the community. The people actually making decisions and profiting by those decisions are in their feedback-less castle.
So maybe this can get passed along. The draft class bug makes Franchise Mode unplayable. You (EA) don't care, obviously. Take the mode out of the game if you're not going to actually make it playable, so that those of us who buy it for that mode can just know ahead of time, and make our own responsible consumer choices. At least have the courage to be transparent about only caring about MUT.
May the executives at EA in charge of these shenanigans live their lives in quiet but substantial misery no matter how much money they make. Amen.
