Summarize your bug Season wins and losses are not properly tracking and won’t advance to playoffs or be demoted from current level. It only displays the results of my most recent game, therefore I cannot progress to my playoffs or super bowl. My current record is listed as 19-1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the head to head tab of ultimate team my current season wins and losses will result to a 1 of 5 wins graphic or a 1 or 3 losses graphic and further wins and losses don’t count towards the season
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t advance to the playoffs or claim my rewards for finishing my season
What do you expect to see? I hope the issue is resolved and I can play regular seasons again and earn my rewards
This is pretty much the only mode that I play. If you look at the Leaderboard I am Ranked #23 in the Top 100 but my record there now shows 0-0 and my stats have been wiped (despite the fact that I've won hundreds of games and 25 Super Bowls. There two other players in the Top 100 that this has happened to as well. Please fix this or acknowledge that it is being worked on.
