I have completed the skills trainer in Madden 24 and should have received 3 packs for doing so but I have not received the packs
I have completed 10, so far, 10 of the Skills Trainer Sessions and was told after each of those 10 that I had earned an Ultimate Team Pack; however, the system only granted my 2 of them.
Where are my missing packs?
