Unable to start on Xbox Game Pass/EA Play

Same here. Support has been ZERO help after 8 hours of talking to them. What is going on at EA?!?!?

My name is Eric and I am also having issues launching Madden 24. My gamertag is JokerKillz39 on Xbox. 

This is the error that is coming up when starting the game. It seem that the game was up as a trial and now the trial period has ended.
