Summarize your bug Hello this a person that’s has been using for a few years now and I still don’t have the correct derrick henry tokens I went to ea help waited three days just to get directed here by email address is [edit: email address removed] and gamer tag is K1LLAZSALT
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my account sign in for all I care I used my coins to make a champion for the Derrick henry upgrade but u can’t upgrade him
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to upgrade Derrick henry but I have two u topable energy tokens instead of two upstage tokens so I can’t get past his second upgrade
What do you expect to see? Two ultimate unstoppable tokens

I added three pictures and we directed here from ea help and I just want to use the card that’s was supposedly free

I still haven't received my welcome pack I have all his tokens but never received the BND Henry to upgrade him with. Any chance we can get one sent to my account I just need the welcome pack no tokens but the actual BND card

Did they fix this yet? They gave me the same upgrade tokens and they don't work.

no they havent. EA support sucks. THey got our money and thats all they care about. I cant even do the Derrick Henry objectives because i dont have the welcome pack
