Summarize your bug When I start the game, it begins to load, gets to the splash screen, then my PC freezes for a few moments, then reboots. No errors.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. If you can help me get data for you, I'll be happy to grab it.
What happens when the bug occurs? PC freezes, then reboots by itself.
What do you expect to see? I'd like to see the game load.
Last week, this would happen sometimes, but I was able to get the game to load. It looks like I got a Windows update & a Madden update and now it won't load at all. I've tried through the EA launcher & through Steam. I've tried closing all programs and nothing has worked yet. With the introduction of Steam & EA apps, I need some help in gathering data which could be helpful to you. At this point, I don't know where to start checking.
Update 2. Nvidia drivers were the latest; however, when I went to run the Nvidia App, it would not load. I reinstalled it, and then reinstalled the latest drivers. My PC rebooted. I downloaded the Nov 12 drivers and rebooted & the game now loads.
