Madden 24 and 25 freeze up help us

Platform:Xbox Series S

Date/time issue occurred every time I play
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug it has done this since 24 beta testing and no one seems to give a crap. that's a lot of money for nothingI
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play it on my console I guess
What happens when the bug occurs? freezes gameplay and locks up my console
What do you expect to see? a working game

How about explaining why madden 25 freezes and locks up my Xbox series s .

I bought this console to play these in depth games and it only works on Xbox game pass because it's not installed. 

It's EA games.  not my console

    @jipt0826 Jipt , have you tried to clear your profile from the cloud and go to settings in the game and change the graphic priority to one of the the 3 settings , that worked for me 2 of them crash instantly one works. I think the one i have which worked is the visual setting.

    nope don't think I have.  u got a walk thru for this.  I'm sure w is not hard but I'd rather not screw it up more.  I would really appreciate it.  would love to play some football while it's still regular season or close.  help me out on this 8 need football I live in Texas please

    it's got to be the game my console works fine otherwise.   I'll look at the settings now

    @jipt0826 I'm at work right now bro and will be on after work tomorrow you can add me wgdesigns and I can walk you through but the main steps are
    ⚽Bring up the options in your home screen clicking on the options button on the game you should see like the files , on each game you have a profile delete the profile and pick delete everywhere so it removes the Madden 2025 profile from the cloud and delete the reserved game cache reboot the X-BOX
    (STEP 2) Load Madden up you should be prompted for your settings and the agreement again , go to the settings its the tab to the farthest right for graphics change that setting to the "visual" setting you would think the performance would be the best setting but visual worked for me.

    I am having same issue. My madden 25 series x works just fine. But the Xbox one version just crashes on the loading screen.

    Okay after doing my own “testing” this is what I found so far. The crashes are ONLY linked to your EA account. Because I had my friend sign in with his gamertag along with his EA account on my console and Madden Xbox One game loads up no crashes at all. 
    I then used a second controller to sign in with my account on same console  but it crashes once I hit RT to sign into my EA account. 

    I don’t want to unlink my EA ACCOUNT because I don’t want to lose progression from other games etc.

    Is there anyone that can report this higher up because it’s the same issue as last year?
