Madden 25 - HOW TO IMPORT CUSTOM ROSTERS - Download center broken!

Question

I was trying to use a custom roster on franchise mode when I noticed: You can download custom rosters from the download center, but you cannot see them in the LOAD menu.

I have attached photos below.

I went to download one of the custom rosters from the download center. (Photo 1)

It actually appears in the download center as one of "My Downloads". (Photo 2)

But when I go to LOAD the file, it doesn't appear in my files on the game.

This bug means that players cannot download rosters to use in franchise, play now, or any other game mode.

Custom rosters are a vital part of madden culture, PLEASE FIX THIS NOW.

Cmon. I tried now 7 different Roster Files and Zero. Can Download but dont have these Roster. + we have no Sort Option under Search

Why the Download Section Change. This weird. No Fun anymore with this Game. ☹️

@skate3333 Did or did they just leave you hanging? They took our money but they won't fix the product and this is something that's been in Madden forever. This should not be a problem
