Madden 25 superstar mode keep crashing

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Superstar
Summarize your bug The game keeps crashing while playing superstar mode and it does this every time I play three to four times
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play superstar mode I guess
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crash then it send me back to the screen where all my games are available
What do you expect to see? The bug being fixed soon

Please fix this issue it is very frustrating

    This is the most aggravating bug in a game ever, the fact that you charge so much for a game that crashes this much is genuinely criminal.

    It’s amazing that the worst company in America multiple years now and they make no effort to improve their standing. This was the first EA game I purchased in years, and it’s an instant regret. It is literally a lemon. I can’t play a single game. That should be enough for a recall or automatic refunds.

    I’m on Series X. Season two of Superstar mode, it crashes every time I try to play the first game of my season. This needs to be fixed. Madden 21 was broken and EA NEVER fixed it, they cannot get away with this again. I’m the idiot for continuing to buy their cash grab product.

    Mine is also freezing in the first game of my second season. A bunch of others online are saying this as well. It sounds like it has been broken for a month. 

    Superstar mode is the only one I care to play. I wish they’d hear us.
