When you have a sec, can we try the following troubleshooting?
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type

Game crashes when AI generated players make a play that causes a cutscene (TD, sack, INT, first down). In year 1 of Superstar there are no crashes because there are no AI generated players yet. By the time you get to year 3 (2026) and onwards the game crashes all the time because you have had 3 draft classes of AI players that are on the field. The problem lies in players that are added to the game after year 1.
@Insta_Buzz I agree with your thinking. My linebacker superstar is in their third season. My current game has crashed several times and in all cases it was a cutscene involving a rookie/2nd year player. Two times it was rookies on my opponent's team and two times it was a rookie on my team.
Greeniel is the one that really figured it out, but yeah I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Any player AI generated and added to rosters after the first season causes a crash when they make a play and get a cutscene.
The AI players thing makes sense. I'm also in my 3rd uear. Like 3rd or 4th game in. Never any issues until now.
First time buying Madden in years. Only got it because I wanted to export my WR to the NFL. Might be a few more years until my next Madden purchase. I can see nothing changed with the company

That's what I wana know, EA do you plan on fixing this issue at all? I'm on PC and it's been almost a month since the last update. It seems like that update is the reason why the game keeps crashing. I've been playing Madden since '99 and never had this issue so I don't want to let frustration be the reason why I get my refund and be done with it. It's 2024, for a game of this magnitude to CONSTANTLY crash is ridiculous
