NO EMPLOYEES SEEM TO CARE!!!!

PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. I'm so fed up with this game. It's not giving my wins or any rewards. Are you people going to fix anything? This is the worse game I've ever encountered. I pray four quarters and win and on top of that they have 94+ players. Do you realize how valuable my time is and you all don't seem to care or even going to fix it. I'm heading to social media to exploit this company and the Madden 25. I have 500k followers.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just give me my wins and my rewards!!!! I have been playing four quarters and not recieveing anything!!!

I HAVE MULTIPLE RECORDINGS SHOWING I WIN AND NOTHING IS BEING REGISTERED!!!!

    @coltslyfe Want some extra information
    I have thousands of dollars and hours into the game
    I completed the 96 overall Derwin James
    Set and got a 94 overall player instead of Derwin

    Then instead of doing anything and 9 days later some Indian emails me saying that I received the card on 1/22/25 at 4:01 am and quicksold him at 4:01 am 1/22/25
    I was supposed to get the card on 1/14/25 at 4:33 pm when I completed it

    Still don’t have the card - or the 2.5 million coins spent to get him

    I feel your pain EA sports needs to have a class action lawsuit filed against them. And if somebody ever shows up their headquarters and blows up that whole building, then they're gonna know why because they're not taking care of customer support at all everything they touch they screw people out of money and they don't care at all. EA is a bunch of crooks.
