I imported my player from road to glory, after playing the combine, it freezes after the last drill. I’m stuck looking at a football on a screen. I’ve tried multiple times and the same thing happens. I’ve cleared the cache, restarted the PS5. Nothing fixes it. I paid to play the game early primarily for this mode and here we are.

Yes I can hit the PSN button to quit the game, but the combine results aren't saved, so I have to go through it again just to experience the same exact issue. Never ending cycle.i haven't tried any other modes because I preordered the bundle specifically to import my college player to play Superstar mode on Madden. This is crazy that this super noticeable and easy to recreate bug went overlooked.

Forgot to clarify that the PS button still works when it happens and I'm able to close the game and re-open it and it works again. No buttons IN GAME work when it freezes.

I’m also having this issue. I get to the end of the combine and it freezes before the draft interview.

I was able to import 3 builds into the game. When I tried to import a build for my QB it worked at first but I had to delete the build because I redid the combine 3 times and it kept freezing. When I tried to import another build the import didn’t show up. The import is key because it gives me the extra skill points. I have also tried importing different builds going back and forth from CFB to Madden and it still isn’t working.

When you have a moment can we try the following steps;

Make sure you have the latest software update.

Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.

Perform a power cycle.

Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.

Turn it back on after one minute.

Launch your game.

Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Summarize your bug Game will freeze after passing drill at the combine as QB. I imported the player from CFB 25 RTG. It will zoom in on the ball on the field and freeze there
How often does the bug occur? 100%
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I tried replaying the combine 5 times and it happened every time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and none of the in-game menu options work.
What do you expect to see? Game not freezing and allowing me to continue with the superstar mode.
