Set scouting focus doesn't work after year 1

Just ANOTHER broken part of the game. I feel if I listed the parts that actually worked it would be a smaller list. 

After year 1, you can't set any scouting focus.

I can't believe how broken this game is in franchise.

It's literally unplayable!!

How on earth can you release an unfinished game and not fix it??????????????

You haven't fixed any of the broken parts of last year's game and now all the parts that worked last year are broken this year. Unbelievable!
