Super Bowl Step offers showed 8 of 11 when I opened there was no other step.

Hey Guys,

I tried speaking with chat but had no success. They didn't understand the issue. 

Today after almost 2 weeks of staring at what was left of my Super Bowl offers and not wanting to buy anything else in the store I decided to load up $150 American dollars and buy the rest of the steps. I was on 8 of 11 which cost 7200 points and I bought 11am pacific time after a 16 hour shift and 1 hour 45 minute commute.

Much to my dismay no other step was offered when I went to buy the next step. This is issue. It clearly said step 8 of 11. I wasted 7200 to get a another step that wasn't there. Chat was no help. I'm praying someone from EA will read this like the guy in chat said and assist me. I've only had the game for two weeks and I've spent a ton of money on this game not a little, a lot like over 1k already.  Please reach out guys so we can discuss.
