2v2 is switching defensive captain to qb

Doesnt matter the mode, but ever since the season 2 update i cannot play 2v2 with my friend. Doesnt matter who selects offense or deffense. The deffensive captain switches right when the ball is snapped to the qb. Forcing confusion. Can we get a timeframe on when this big will be patched? And the game is playable again? Thanks.
