3 combine tokens missing in my items folder

After speaking to my 10th advisor in 2 weeks who can’t do anything to help who just respond with the word “Unfortunately” in every sentence. 3 combine tokens been missing in my items binder on Madden the case has been going on for WEEKS now and has gone from, no fix available, fixed, waiting on player, in progress to resolved when obviously it’s not resolved and the 3 tokens are STILL missing. 

I was patient through the entire process but today I have hit a limit. It’s been weeks. No tokens no nothing just people apologizing and not helping resolve this glaring issue for my MUT team.
