Community ManagerHi there. It can take a few days for Terms of Service to investigate your account. When that is done, they will email you with the results. If you're submitted a dispute more than a week ago and haven't heard back, open a case with an advisor so they can look into this. Don't submit another dispute since that will go to ToS.
Ah okay. I haven't had anything since the initial 'we're looking in to it' email. It's five weeks now.
How do I contact an Advisor? I would have thought, it would have progressed to that naturally.
