Banned from auction house

Got an email 4 days ago "Because your account was involved in Coin distribution, we’ve removed all Coins from your account and permanently removed your access to the Auction House and Madden Companion App for Madden 25."

Thanks for reminding me to step away from this garbage game and go play something where I'm not banned by automated bots.

Never sold/bought coins from any website /3rd party anything in my 8 years of Madden Ultimate Team. Won't ever be buying Madden again in my lifetime. 

Talked to EA Support and seemed like another bot or like they don't even care that I was wrongly banned, I've submitted an email for my account to be unbanned but no response now for 4 days.

Seems all EA cares about are the people that spend real money on packs. Screw the other players that bought our game and are free to play, that's how it feels at least.

Mainly here to vent my frustration of being wrongly banned because of your trash auction house system that has max prices on cards.

Anyways, I'll be stepping away from this game for good. Trash game and trash company with terrible customer support. 2 thumbs down. 0/10 rating. 0/5 stars. Complete greedy trash company.

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. I fully understand the seriousness of your issue, especially considering you've been involved with Madden Ultimate Team for 8 years – that’s a long time!

    I see that you've already reached out to EA, but I’d like to point out that the EA TOS (Terms of Service) team and EA Support team are two separate departments:

    1.) Quick Response: The Support team can only check the status of your ban, for instance, if you haven't received the email notification. You can reach them here:

    2.) Longer Wait: If you're looking for details regarding the reason for your ban or wish to appeal, you’ll need to contact the TOS team:

    I also noticed that you submitted an email to have your account unbanned, but you haven’t received a response in the past 4 days. Please be aware that the TOS team usually has a response time of 10+ days.   ☹️
