"DB Battle" and "DB Battle Red Zone Defense" glitched now!?

I turned on Madden today after a break, and now two of my "Mini-Games" are glitched. They can be accessed via the main menu, for example. They are called "DB Battle" and "DB Battle Red Zone Defense." The quarterback refuses to throw the ball 100% of the time and waits to be virtually sacked every time. I even reinstalled the game. Can someone please check if it's also glitching for them? This makes no sense at all. This must be a new bug or something. I'm playing on Xbox btw.
