Deceived on Rewards

It astounds me that a company making billions like EA has such useless support!  Their support policy is evasion and deflection! 

I was awarded a Golden Ticket player. Received an email from Madden Direct. Followed all policies, replied to EA emails, and never received my player, let alone any response from EA.  Yes, I see the disclaimer. IMO this applies to awarding certain players, not denying any player at all. An award is an award, DO BETTER EA!! 

And the only resolution offered by the support team is to advise you to post on this meaningless forum and wait for some neutered impotent support member to respond on the forum!
