Desktop Javelin Anti Cheat Error

I have been trying to solve the Javelin Anti Cheat error for mainly in Madden 25 on the EA app on my desktop.  I have tried everything I've found suggested to fix it but nothing has worked.  EA tech support has been no help.  Any suggestions? I also get a dumper error saying....dumping failed log Internal error #4 C0000210

What is the point of spending money on EA games if I can't get support when something goes wrong!!!
