Desync almost every H2H game!

is anyone else having issues with the game just kicking you off , saying a “desync “ has occurred? 

literally every  2 out of 3 games I play on line ends up desyncing and booting me and it happens at the worst times, I’ll be up by 21 for a playoff or super bowl game I. Head to head and it will just random desync. 

how can I stop this from happening!! 
I have 60 - 99 overall players on my team and I’m trying to not give up on this game !! 

please fix!!!
