Did not receive set reward

I spent 600,000+ coins on completing the unstoppable 91 overall Justin Jefferson set and upon completing the set, I did receive a pack containing the 91 overall Justin Jefferson, but as soon as the card was revealed, I was kicked out of the ultimate team servers and relayed back to home screen I re-entered Madden ultimate team to find that the set I just completed and card were nowhere to be found. I just contacted EA support and hope to hell they can figure something out because I was just robbed by a multi million dollar company. Has anyone else had this issue , if it is not resolved, I will never play Madden again and I have been a fan since the early days of Madden. Thank you.
