Didn’t receive xp boost or ultimate alumni rewards from cfb 25 to madden 25

No xp boost or ultimate alumni content from cfb 25 

on my madden 25 account

    Hey, folks

    Quick update on this one. These rewards are still a bit delayed and some players are getting them sooner than others but they are still being sent out.

    If you have not received them, or have progressed far enough to where they should drop, we ask that you reach out to support. 

    As the forums don't handle missing content, we need everyone to set up cases with support, so that they can take any necessary actions for the players on a wider scale.

    @EA_Shepard I still have not received my xp token. Season 1 is almost over. I have created multiple cases and they keep getting closed out. I paid for the MVP edition and have spent a ton of money and no one can seem to get back to me regarding my rewards. Why even create this is you all cannot deliver. Can someone please get me my rewards? Or was I just lied to that this reward stuff was actually a thing.

    @EA_Shepard I have engaged live support and they keep canceling my request and saying it is resolved when I haven’t received anything! Are you saying that you just cannot help us! I have spent a lot of money and bought the MVP edition and I can’t seem to get help! This is an absolute joke! I have created 5 cases and nothing!

    @NGood92TTU Community Managers are not live support. We do not handle any issues with missing content in any way, so I am afraid that we cannot assist with any content that is missing from a players game. That is entirely up to the games team to resolve on their end if support cannot. I have let the right people know players are still missing content.

    Definitely havent got all my rewards i received 2 of the cards and tips but the 3rd card hasnt come. I played CFB25 again to see if it would come to my Madden 25 but still no go . I ALSO CANT REDEEM THE MUT TIP SET TO RECEIVED THE EXTRA XP FOR SEASON 2 ?? 

    PLEASE HELP ?

    @EA_Shepard I only received 2 of the 3 82 overall ultimate alumni cards in madden 25 that I earned from college football 25. I need the 3rd one to complete the set to upgrade 1 card

    Proof that I should have received 3 82 overall ultimate alumni cards. Also haven't received xp bonus nor do I have a set to upgrade my 82 cards to an 87

    Hi @bradd53, if you are missing content from the game, you must go through live support. Posting proof you should have something on the forums, will not get that resolved. Community Managers are not live support. We do not handle any claims of missing content unless it is a larger bug report we send to the studio teams.
