Draft Pick Selection in franchise mode

Why can we still not choose what pick selection we are in a fantasy draft. I’m tired of always rolling the dice and getting bad picks. If I want the 1 pick in a fantasy draft I should be able to change the draft order.

    I’m tired of having to create new franchises over and over again trying for a high draft pick. I’ve had hundreds of franchises through the years and only had the 1 pick once. It’s really frustrating and I feel like it would be an easy solution. They have it in nba 2k why not in madden.
