When trying to log on the EA servers, its is telling me that the servers are not available. I have done all the troubleshooting with no help.
That's something you'll need to talk to your ISP about. Since it works on a completely different connection, this would be an issue with your ISP or home network equipment. Try contacting their support to see if they are noticing anything that would cause this.
