I submitted a support request regarding one of the many MANY bugs in this **bleep** game, got told an advisor would reach out, only for some random bot sent email from EA basically telling me to go fms and look at the forums. Nice support douchebags.
Yes and when you do get support they say it’s PlayStation. Get PlayStation support and they send you back to ea sports. Then ea sports says it’s a problem they are working on may take 2 weeks to 3 months. I still can’t get solo battles to refresh, my auctions won’t give me my coins and my challenges won’t refresh. I don’t plan on getting madden 26 anytime soon because 25 is this hosed up imagine the nightmare 26 will be!
Agreed. Shortly after release, I sent in a complaint/suggestion that they needed a way to controlled simulate practice for people playing GM or Coach roles. They have done nothing. Once a GM actually contacted me about the issue.
All I wanted was a way in Weekly Strategy to set opponent focus for offense and defense, set your featured players that get extra exp, set your strategy for HC OC DC Personnel, and then click a button that says 'Simulate Practice' like most of the Maddens have had. 22 had it. Where did it go by 25?
