Extra point block : countering advice

Played online game and opponent blocked two extra points and ran all way back for 2 point each time.  It looked like there is a glitch in the game.

How do you avoid getting kick blocked?

if this is a glitch can someone please advise how to report bug to developers to fix this issue?
