I submitted another appeal and the case actually appeared in my cases. My location was changed from U.S. to Portugal I'm sure by someone who had gained unauthorized access to my account. I am unsure why there is no penalty history on my account regarding this permanent ban. I know 100% this was a mistake by EA, EA_Barry is there any way that you can directly help. I haven't been able to reach contract with EA through email directly with an agent nor any sort of confirmation email. The only emails I have been receiving have been in Portuguese due to someone else accessing my account.
