Feature Requests for Madden 26

Revamp the Franchise be a coach to mirror CFB25.  Allow players to start as a coordinator on a subpar team, prove themselves, and then get offers in a coaching carousel.  Along those lines, eliminate automatic extensions.  You can incentivize coaches to stay (to make it true to the NFL, your new team would lose a certain round draft pick depending on how successful you were with the current team) but allow them to leave for better opportunities
